Both guesthouses
offer
double rooms with en-suite bathroom facilities
and most have balconies.
The bedrooms are all equipped with Sat TV, linen and towels. A two course,
freshly prepared, dinner is provided each night. Wine, beer and soft drinks
served throughout the meal are included. The lunch packet consist of two freshly

village. Our guesthouse is on the edge of the forest a few minutes walk to
Lake Hallstatt, in an Alpine landscape naturally beautiful and preserved, allowing
you to simply appreciate the nature. Enjoy our fine food teamed with a
good European wine when you return exhilarated from your days activities.
Obertraun, UNESCO World Heritage area is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut, only 4km from the
famous village of Hallstatt. Obertraun is a tranquil, unspoilt holiday destination, ideal for families to tour the cultural local area by bike or explore on foot the many enchanting paths leading along the lake, rivers and mountains.
A cable car ride from the village opens up a whole new world that is The
Dachstein Mountain Range, offering glaciers, ice caves, panoramic
viewpoints and an abundance of rare flora and
fauna.

Haus Rosenhof, Ebensee
Haus Rosenhof
is set in a peaceful location about a mile outside the village
of Ebensee. Haus Rosenhof is a recently built guesthouse with traditional Austrian styling and the added benefit of modern facilities.
Ebensee is a small market town situated on the southern shores of Lake Traunsee in the famous Salzkammergut region. Our cycling
and hiking routes will take you through a variety of spectacular scenery, following lakeside paths to the towns of Gmunden and Bad Ischl. A beautiful forest track leading to Langbathsee, one of the prettiest lakes in Austria, with its stunning mountain backdrop it is often used as a setting for TV adverts and films.
After exploring the area enjoy a glass of wine in our garden, surrounded by wonderful mountain views, before
joining us for a hearty home
cooked dinner.
